Anna has strategically designed a bundle of eleven workouts to work together, training every muscle in your body on multiple planes of motion. Each video builds on one another as you progress throughout the 30 days. This program is designed for clients of all levels, and everyone's goal is the same: strength and consistency.

A 2020 study showed that exercising for 150 minutes per week can decrease your chances of developing alzheimers and cognitive decline by 40%! We want to step you up to that weekly goal safely and effectively, beginning with just 15 minutes per day.

You will be assigned the same videos multiple times throughout the 30 days. The reason for repeat workouts is to:

- Familiarize yourself with the exercises in the video

- Allow you to adjust your weights and performance more mindfully

- See your strength and endurance improve within the same series

This program is modeled after the National Academy of Sports Medicine's (NASM) strength and conditioning model. Anna focuses on developing and strengthening your stability before introducing endurance based training.

The 30 Day program comes with an accompanying calendar to guide you through the program. If you are just getting started with DANCE, you can choose to do the HIIT video as a replacement. This will be noted in the calendar as "HIIT or DANCE". The goal is to do each video at least three times, preferably four. Once you have completed your 30 Day Program, you will have access to full 60 minute videos.
