What are the subscription plans and pricing?

Anna's Weekly Class Program subscription is $39/month. This plan includes access to 5 NEW recorded workouts every week + an invitation to 5 LIVE classes. That's 10 workouts every week! New content drops every 7 days! Access our weekly program designed by Anna and led by Anna or one of our Master Trainers.

Access to our Complete UNLIMITED VOD Collection is $50 for a 30-day rental. This collection includes over 160 hours of on-demand video content ranging from 15 min to 75min.  Supplement Anna’s Weekly Class Program by stacking on additional workouts or choose a shorter series of workouts to fit into a packed day.  Want some extra focus on arms, core, or booty? Need a quick burst of cardio? Create a workout playlist to move from one video to another. You can even personalize your program with a trainer consultation or reach out to us for guidance in the chatroom! We want to make sure you are ready to go with everything you need to succeed.

Which Browser is best to stream the workouts?

Chrome is the best browser to use if using a computer.

You can download the AKS Virtual app on Apple iOS devices and Google Play.

I'm new, where should I start?

We recommend starting with Anna's Weekly Class Program subscription. This gives you access to 5 LIVE classes a week + 5 recorded classes.

We recommend taking the recorded/live classes in this order: DANCE, SCULPT, HIIT, POWER UP. Rest between workouts is important so try to take a day off between two workouts. (Ex. M(dance), T(Sculpt), W(day off), Th (HIIT), F(PowerUp), Sat(day off). Add an extra workout at the end of the week if you feel motivated!

We recommend taking DANCE before POWER UP.

When is new content released?

New content is dropped every Sunday so you can start your workouts fresh on Monday!

Will my membership automatically renew?

Your membership for Anna's Weekly Class Program will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to your billing cycle.

Your 30-day rental for the Unlimited VOD collection is a one-time purchase. To continue to have access to the library, ou will have to purchase it again at the end of the 30-day period.

What equipment is needed for the workouts?

You will need a set of light weights (2lbs or 3lbs), heavy weights (5lbs or 8lbs), mat

Optional equipment: Pilates ball, box, resistance bands

Does the platform work internationally?

Yes! The platform will work wherever you have access to WiFi.

How many days a week should I workout?

Each week, take one of each of the 4 class formats live or on your own time. Recovery days are important, so please schedule at least one recovery day between the four workouts (Ex: M, T, day off, Th, F, day off)

I'm a returning client and I'm ready for more! Where do I go?

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel an active subscription, you will click on your profile icon on the upper right hand corner of the platform, then select 'Settings'. Select 'Account Settings' from the menu on the left hand side then click on your Plan, you can click on the 'Cancel' button here to complete your cancellation.

Where do I see this week's videos?

Once you are logged in, you will scroll down to the section titles 'Collections', you will see 2 collections here: the first is 'Anna's Weekly Class Program', this iincludes the 5 videos for the current week. The second collection is 'Unlimited VOD', to view videos from this collection, you will need to purchase the collection for $50, this will give you access for 30 days.

I've registered for a LIVE class, now what?

Once you register for class, you can add the class to your calendar. Before class begins you will return to virtual.annakaiserstudios.com and login to your profile. Click 'Live' then when the button says 'Doors Open', you can click the button and enter class!

How do I make the instructor the main view?

In the lower right hand corner of a live class, you will see a little square, click on this and it will give you options for how to view your screen.

What is the difference between a LIVE class and a recorded video?

LIVE classes are only available at the specific times they are scheduled to stream.

Recorded videos can be viewed anytime, allowing you to pause and rewind at will, as well as adjust the instructor and music volumes.

What are the class formats?

Interval DANCE: Our infamous DANCE-CARDIO class pairs heart-pumping routines with strength intervals to get you everything you need for a fun and results-driven workout.

SCULPT: This toning class combines low weight with high repetitions to burn out every muscle in your body, incorporating Barre and Pilates- inspired movements, ending with a guided deep stretch.

HIIT: Get yourself revved up for this power-based HIIT class set to a pumped up playlist. Our incredible team of expert trainers will motivate you safely through 4 functional strength and power intervals with a focus on proper form and execution. Get the most out of your time and turn up your metobolic burn for the next 24hrs!

POWER UP: This athletic conditioning class is 30 minutes of STEP & 30 minutes of DANCE, challenging your mind and body to keep up with shorter sections of each. We recommend taking each class format first before jumping in to Power Up!

What shoes do you recommend?

We suggest a supportive, well-fitting, cross-training sneaker. Pick a shoe with great structure and shock absorption to support you through high impact movements and quick changes in direction. Avoid shoes made for running as their tread tends to run in one direction and can get slippery. We like Hokas, Adidas and Asics best.
